Literature Evangelist Congress

East-Central Africa Division

The East-Central Africa Division (ECD) comprises 11 countries and has more than 7,000 literature evangelists, including full-time, part-time, and student evangelists. For the congress, only the top 600 performers, along with their leaders, were selected to attend. They represented their fellow literature evangelists from various unions and conferences.

The congress was held at the University of Eastern Africa Baraton from December 4 to 8, 2024. The event was graced by esteemed facilitators, including General Conference (GC) vice president Billy Biaggi, GC Publishing director Almir Marroni, ECD president Blasious Ruguri, and ECD undersecretary Tom Ogal. Representatives from six unions participated in the congress.
